Before you arrive

Download the app - The Away Resorts app is basically your holiday BFF! Maps, directions to your accommodation, park info, plus booking activities and dining. Download it. You'll thank us later.

Book activities early, thank yourself later.

You can grab both free and paid activities up to 21 days before your stay.

The good stuff goes fast, so don't hang around.

Arriving early?

No problem - the park is yours to explore. Restaurants, arcades, outdoor spaces… consider your holiday officially started.

What's included?

Your home-away-from-home comes ready and waiting with:

A fully equipped kitchen - crockery, cutlery, glassware, utensils, the works
Oven, hob, fridge with freezer, pots and pans
Fresh beds made up with clean linen and comfy pillows
A cleaning pack for life's little spills
A flatscreen TV for those "just one more episode" evenings

What to bring?

Towels (already included if you're staying in Luxury, Indulgent or Exclusive - ooh fancy!)
Extra hot tub towels if you've splashed out on one
Toiletries
Toilet rolls (we leave a starter supply, but we're not miracle workers)
Whatever helps you properly switch off

Activities

Download the app and get booking. You can snap up free and paid activities up to 21 days before you arrive. We'd recommend getting in early for the ones you really want. You can book on the day too, but don't blame us if your favourite's gone.

Entertainment

Every park does it differently - that's kind of our thing. Check the app to see what's on during your stay. Trust us, there's plenty.

Swimming

At some parks you can pre-book swim sessions up to 14 days ahead. Check the app to see if your park needs a pre-book as no one likes showing up ready to swim and finding a full pool.

Bars & Dining

Book a table on the app or website before you arrive or simply follow your nose when hunger strikes. During peak times tables fill up fast, so if you've got a time in mind, get ahead of it. You can order straight from the app or scan a QR code at your table – simples!

Shops

Some of our parks have brilliant onsite shops stocked with holiday essentials and lovely local bits. Check opening times on the app.

Guest Passes

Your Guest Pass is your golden ticket and you'll need it for activities, dining and special experiences. Check availability and times on the app before you arrive so you can hit the ground running.

Our Guest Services team are here for you throughout your stay. Pop in and they'll sort you out or drop the park a message on the Away Resorts app.

We've done the hard work so you don't have to. Head to our Things to Do page for the best local gems near your park. From hidden beaches to brilliant days out, there really is something for everyone.

Before you head off

Check-out is 10am. Please drop your keys back to Guest Services on your way out.
