*On selected pitches at participating parks and subject to availability. Your holiday home must be no more than 7 years old from the date of manufacture and you must have owned your holiday home on your current park (which must not be another Away Resorts owned park) for at least 6 months; proof of purchase and holiday home must be provided. If the holiday home has been purchased under a finance agreement, you must provide satisfactory written confirmation from your lender that the holiday home is permitted to be moved to an Away Resorts park. Subject to an assessment of the current condition of your caravan to ensure that it is fit for transportation and would withstand the journey from your current holiday park to the Away Resorts chosen location. All costs associated with the relocation (including without limitation disconnection, transportation, siting and connection costs) to be paid for by the relocating owner and any damage caused during transit shall be at the sole risk of the relocating owner. A visit (depending on location) / recent photographs and a specification of your holiday home will be required for an evaluation to be made. Any decking, verandah or similar structures will only be permitted to be relocated if they are fitted by a contractor approved by Away Resorts, in order to ensure that they meet Away Resorts standards. Pitch fees will be payable for the remainder of the 2025 season (please enquire with us for details of the applicable pitch fee at your chosen park).Â
